Issued 4:00 AM PDT 25 April 2015 Today Tonight and Sunday At 4:00 a.m. PDT today ridge located on a line north-south over
Haida Gwaii.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT today dissipating ridge located on a line
north-south over Cape Scott.

At 4:00 p.m. PDT today intensifying cold front located over the
western offshore waters.
By 7:00 a.m. PDT Sunday cold front located on a line north-south
over Haida Gwaii.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:46 AM PDT 25 April 2015 A low will pass west of offshore waters tonight night and will deepen
to 977 MB as it moves into the Northern Gulf of Alaska. A leading
cold front will reach Haida Gwaii near down Sunday morning.

Ahead of the front, gale to storm force southeasterly winds will
develop this afternoon through Sunday morning over northern and
central waters. The winds will shift to strong to gale force
southwesterlies in its wake. Strong southeasterly winds will spread
to inner south coastal waters on Sunday.
