By 8:00 p.m. PDT Monday cold front located on a line
northeast-southwest over southern Vancouver Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:34 PM PDT 30 August 2015 A cold front over Northern Vancouver Island this evening will
Move slowly southward tonight and Monday reaching the Victoria
Area Monday evening.

Strong to gale force southeast to southwest winds to 35 knots ahead
of the front will ease slowly tonight as the front weakens slightly.
Strong to gale force westerlies will continue over northern waters.
