Wind light becoming northeast 10 to 15 knots late this morning then becoming west 10 to 15 early this evening except northeast 40 over northwestern sections. Wind increasing to north 35 Tuesday morning except light over southeastern sections. Wind increasing to north 40 Tuesday afternoon.

Periods of snow beginning early this afternoon. Visibility 1 mile or less in snow.

Freezing spray warning in effect.

Outside the ice edge moderate freezing spray beginning Tuesday morning becoming severe Tuesday evening.

Temperatures minus 5 falling to minus 10 Tuesday evening.
