Issued 9:30 PM NDT 27 March 2017 Tonight and Tuesday At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight low 964 mb located east of the Flemish Cap.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Tuesday departing low located east of the Marine
District.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
north-south over central Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:25 PM NDT 27 March 2017 An intense low pressure system east of the Flemish Cap will remain
nearly stationary tonight. Gale force northwesterlies over southern
waters will subside over southern coastal waters on Tuesday as the
system begins to move slowly eastward.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast - Hopedale and south, and
the South Labrador Sea - eastern half.

Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warning is in
effect for South Labrador Sea - western half.
