Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:16 AM NDT 25 June 2017 A low pressure system over the Western Labrador Sea will slowly track
northward today to lie over the Northwest Labrador Sea tonight.
Strong to gale force easterly to southeasterly winds will persist
over all waters to the north and northeast of this feature today.
Winds will begin to diminish overnight and Monday morning as the low
moves westward away from the district.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
East Labrador Sea.
