6450W to 7155N 7005W to Baffin Island near 7145N 7335W. Sea ice
south and west of the ice edge.

Fourth ice edge estimated from 7355N 9610W to 7415N 9425W to 7450N

At 4:00 p.m. NDT today ridge located over central Labrador.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Wednesday departing ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over the East Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:58 PM NDT 1 September 2015 A low pressure system currently just south of Newfoundland will track
eastward to lie over the Northern Grand Banks by Wednesday morning.
Strong to gale force northerly winds over southern waters will
diminish early this evening as the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
South Labrador Coast.
