Issued 4:00 PM NST 10 December 2016 Tonight and Sunday At 4:00 p.m. NST today low 957 mb located southeast of Labrador Sea.
By 4:00 p.m. NST Sunday low 960 mb located southwest of Greenland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:56 PM NST 10 December 2016 An intense and slow-moving low pressure system just southeast of the
district will maintain gale to storm force north to northwesterlies
over most of the district tonight and Sunday.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
the Labrador coast, South Labrador Sea and Northwest Labrador Sea -
southeastern half. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining
waters except Lake Melville.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except East Labrador Sea.
