Vancouver Island will move southwards to cross the lower
Mainland tonight. A second front will move across Haida Gwaii on
Strong to gale force southerly winds through the Strait of Georgia
will ease behind the front tonight. Winds will rise to gale force
southerly over the northern waters Monday morning ahead of the
