Issued 10:30 AM PDT 23 April 2024 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 10:30 a.m. PDT today cold front located from Hecate Strait
to Explorer.
By 4:00 p.m. PDT today weakening cold front located from the
Central Coast to Explorer.

At 10:30 a.m. PDT today low located over western Bowie.
By 11:00 p.m. PDT tonight weakening low located over northern
Haida Gwaii.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:14 AM PDT 23 April 2024 A weakening cold front over Hecate Strait will move onto Northern
Vancouver Island today. Strong southerlies ahead of the front
Shift to moderate to strong southwesterlies behind it.

The associated low centre will drift across Bowie today. Westerly
gales over Southern Bowie will ease late this afternoon.
