This afternoon and will settle over Vancouver Island on Tuesday,
bringing mostly light to moderate winds over the coast except for
local strong northwesterlies off the west coast of Vancouver
A frontal system will be approaching the northern offshore waters
tonight and Tuesday, leading to strong to gale force southeasterlies
developing over the far north.
