Issued 9:30 PM PST 27 December 2014 Tonight and Sunday At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight departing low 1015 mb located over the
Lower Mainland.

At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight ridge located west of the offshore waters.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Sunday weakening ridge located over western Bowie.

At 4:00 p.m. PST Sunday building ridge located over northern
BC interior.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:20 PM PST 27 December 2014 A low pressure centre over the Lower Mainland will move inland later
this evening. In its wake, gale force northwesterlies will gradually
weaken overnight.

On Sunday a strong ridge of high pressure will build over Northern BC
Interior. This will set up a strong outflow situation along the BC
coast. As a result, gale force northeasterlies are expected to
develop along coastal regions Sunday afternoon.
