At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight quasi-stationary trough located on a line
north-south over BC interior.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:30 PM PDT 26 May 2015 A ridge of high pressure just outside the offshore waters combined
with a trough of low pressure over the BC Interior will continue to
bring moderate to strong northwest winds to most regions over the
next few days. Winds will reach gale force at times off the west
coast of Vancouver Island, over a small area extending south of the
Brooks Peninsula and northwest of Estevan Point.
