north-south over Haida Gwaii.
At 4:00 p.m. PDT Thursday frontal system located west of Bowie.
By 4:00 a.m. PDT Friday frontal system located over Bowie.
Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:27 PM PDT 4 May 2016 A quasi-stationary ridge located on a line north-south over Haida
Gwaii will produce strong to gale force northwesterly or westerly
winds to parts of southern waters tonight through Thursday.
A frontal system will approach northern offshore waters later
Thursday. Gale force southerly winds will develop over Bowie Thursday
afternoon and will continue through Friday morning.
