By 5:00 a.m. PDT Tuesday departing cold front located on a line
northeast-southwest over northwestern Washington State.

At 2:00 a.m. PDT Tuesday low 994 mb located off Langara.
By 5:00 p.m. PDT Tuesday weakening low 998 mb located over eastern
Queen Charlotte Sound.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:37 AM PDT 31 August 2015 A cold front will remain stalled across Central Vancouver Island this
afternoon and will move southeastward into Washington state

Strong southeast to southwest winds prevail south of the front.
Strong to gale force westerlies will continue over the northern
offshore waters.
