Issued 4:00 AM PDT 25 March 2017 Today Tonight and Sunday At 4:00 a.m. PDT today departing low located 100 miles northwest
of Prince Rupert.

At 8:00 a.m. PDT today building ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over the Mainland Coast.
By 8:00 p.m. PDT tonight dissipating ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over the Mainland Coast.

At 2:00 a.m. PDT Sunday cold front located over the offshore waters.
By 5:00 p.m. PDT Sunday weakening cold front located over Haida
Gwaii.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:45 AM PDT 25 March 2017 A low pressure centre northwest of Prince Rupert will to slowly move
northward and weaken this morning. Gale force westerlies will
Persist early morning over Dixon before easing later this morning.

A new front will approach the coast tonight. The front will reach
outer waters by early Sunday morning and Haida Gwaii by Sunday
afternoon. Gale force southeasterlies will develop this evening over
outer waters. Gale to storm force southeasterlies will develop early
Sunday morning for areas including both central and northern
Waters as well as West Vancouver Island.
