Issued 10:30 AM PDT 28 October 2016 A trough of low pressure lies over the offshore waters. A small low
will travel up the east side of the trough along West Vancouver
Island. A brief period of southeasterly gales are expected around
Northwest Vancouver Island today then easing this evening.
