By 4:00 p.m. PDT today quasi-stationary cold front located over
eastern Queen Charlotte Sound.

At 6:00 a.m. PDT Tuesday cold front located over northern Vancouver
Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:53 PM PDT 28 August 2016 A low will remain over Bowie region tonight and Monday.
A front will weaken over central waters tonight
And will drift slowly eastward later on Monday.

Strong to gale force southeasterlies east of the front ease to
moderate to strong southerlies to the west. Strong to gale force
winds will persist west of Haida Gwaii near the low.
