By 4:00 a.m. PST Wednesday low 970 mb located over the Gulf
of Alaska.

At 4:00 a.m. PST Wednesday low 980 mb located west of Explorer.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Wednesday low 978 mb located west of Bowie.

At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight quasi-stationary ridge located over
BC interior.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:25 PM PST 9 February 2016 A 970 millibar low will track west of Bowie tonight. Gale force
easterly or southeasterly winds over the northern and central waters
will ease tonight as the low moves away. Southeast gales will
redevelop over most waters Wednesday morning as another low tracks
west of the offshore waters.
