Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:15 PM PDT 24 May 2016 A ridge of high pressure west of the offshore waters will remain
quasi-stationary tonight and Wednesday.
Moderate to strong northwesterlies will prevail over most marine
waters tonight and Wednesday. Gale force winds through Johnstone
Strait and off the west coast of Vancouver Island will ease overnight
before rising again to gale force Wednesday afternoon.
