north-south over Vancouver Island.

At 9:30 p.m. PST tonight low 993 mb located over Haida Gwaii.
By midnight PST tonight low 991 mb located over northern Hecate

At 4:00 a.m. PST Wednesday intensifying frontal system located
west of the offshore waters.
By 4:00 p.m. PST Wednesday frontal system located on a line
north-south over Hecate Strait.

Issued 9:15 PM PST 1 December 2015 A cold front over Vancouver Island will gradually weaken tonight.
Gale force southerlies over the South Coast will diminish near

A low tracking across Hecate Strait tonight will weaken as it moves
inland Wednesday morning. Ahead of the low, gale force
southeasterlies will shift to strong to gale force westerlies in its
wake and diminish overnight.

Another strong frontal system will track across the offshore waters
Wednesday morning to lie over Hecate Strait Wednesday afternoon.
Ahead of the system, gale to storm force southeasterlies will develop
over most offshore and outer waters Wednesday morning and shift to
strong to storm force southerlies in its wake.
