By 5:00 a.m. PDT Thursday departing low located over Haida Gwaii.

Seas will build to near 9 metres over the offshore waters this
evening. Strong to gale force westerlies will develop over northern
and central waters tonight as the centre of this low pressure system
making its way to Haida Gwaii.
